Lightroom preset stuck

Hi,

I am having problems with the Lightroom preset. It gets stuck, and never ends, when I aply the pixify data.

I just purchase a 1000 credits and I’ve already spend around 30 with this error.

I’ve also updated pixify, maybe this is the problem??
