JSON errors
First, let me say that I love this LR plugin. It saves a great deal of time and I have found it superior to all others I have used for keywording and captions. Recently, the plugin throws json errors as soon as I open it. I have gone through around 30 credits trying to get the plugin to generate metadata but nothing happens once the json error is thrown. Any suggestions? Thanks

Files are hanging, the site isnt working
I only have three days until I have to renew my subscription, and the site isn’t working tonight. I’m trying to get a batch of pictures down. Its just spinning around and around. I even made a test folder with one image in it, and its still not producing any keywords at all. Its been over an hour. My internet is fast and I rebooted to make sure.

Abbility to move kewords by place/order inside keywords box.
It would be great to have feature to move generated keywords inside keywords box. https://prnt.sc/z8aD2I7BgeOV Some keywords should be moved to higher place by order. It’s neccessary for some microstocks.

How to delete wrong meta for some files?
Hi! How I can delete all generated keywords from selected files? In some cases your system doing mess: https://prnt.sc/4Bn-Oa44dWia So I need to delete all keyword from such files and to fill them by myself. But how I can do it? I can only add more keywords or I can delete each keyword by my hands, and it’s horrible to use. I should click 50 times cross only for 1 file.

CSV Export from Lightroom-Classic Plugin
Request Feature to export (at least) default CSV Format, in the Lightroom-Classic Plug-in Pixify Studio Dialog. The export feature is already available in Pixify Studio for Web and should also be available for those users who use the seperate on premise Lightroom-Classic Plug-In. Pain-Point The automatically applied alphabetical (re)arrangement of the keywords in Lightroom-Classic, can change the order of the keyword sequence offered by Pixify Studio. Users who have the keyword export settings in Pixify Studio set to “Relevance”, will loose the desired keyword order and have to accept that this valuable export setting will get lost in Lightroom as soon as the values are applied. Value This export feature in Lighroom-Classic will allow to keep the keyword order done and offered by Pixify Studio in a seperate file. This enables users to continue using the keywords sorted by “relevance” if required. It also simplifies the process for seperate metadata documentation and analysis in general. Nice-to-have Since Pixify Studio for Web also offers the expert feature for “Agencie CSV” and “Tool CSV”, it would be nice if those specific exports and their settings would also be available in the on premise Lightroom-Classig Dialog.

The program does not generate words and descriptions
Can't fill in words and descriptions for photos. I throw a photo into the program and it starts to load, the word "empty" is written, but no words and descriptions are generated.

Rollover?
Please do some sort of rollover. Use them or lose them is a terrible proposition for a traveling photographer. Without some level of rolling unused credits over to the following month, the subscription model is unfortunately unworkable. Thanks!

When I upload csv file to Dreamstime it show error message “The keywords must not be empty or have more than 80 words. Line: 2“. Do you have any idea about the issue? I wrote to Dreamstime but still waiting for answer. Thank you in advance. Best Regards.

Keyword Length should include your specified keywords
If I change the settings to be preferred total of 49 KWs and then specify 10 keywords in the folder instructions, the AI should generate an additional 39 not make it 59 which breaks my preference setting. Hope the example makes sense.
